Terms of Service

Viral.ad ("Service", "we", "us") is an AI-powered video ad generation platform operated by CJ Studio LLC. You submit a product URL, and our AI pipeline scrapes the product page, writes a retention-optimized script, generates a UGC-style video with AI voice-over, lip-synced avatar, optional product overlay, and auto-generated subtitles.

The Service is provided "as is." Generated content is created by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or unexpected outputs.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that all registration information you provide is truthful and accurate, and you agree to maintain its accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Submit product URLs you do not own or have the right to advertise.
• Use the Service to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service (except as explicitly authorized).
• Attempt to circumvent the credit system, exploit bugs, or manipulate billing.
• Resell, redistribute, or white-label generated content as an AI video generation service.
• Misrepresent AI-generated avatars as real human beings in contexts where such misrepresentation is deceptive or unlawful.
• Use the Service to generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, harassment, or illegal activities.

• Credit system: 1 credit = 1 video generation attempt. Credits are consumed when generation begins.
• First video: Your first video is available for a one-time payment of $1. This offer is limited to one per account.
• Failed generations: If the AI pipeline fails to produce a video, your credit is automatically refunded.
• Subscriptions: Starter ($29/month for 15 credits) and Pro ($79/month for 50 credits) plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Unused credits do not roll over.
• Quick Packs: One-time purchases of additional credits ($10 for 5 credits) that do not expire.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds.
• Refund policy: Credits already consumed (video generation successfully initiated) are non-refundable. For billing disputes, contact support@viral.ad.

• Your inputs: You retain all ownership rights to the product URLs, uploaded images, and custom scripts you provide.
• Generated content: You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, and distribute videos generated by the Service for any commercial purpose, including advertising, social media, and marketing.
• Our rights: We may use anonymized and aggregated data (not your specific content) to improve the Service, train internal models, and produce analytics.
• Non-uniqueness: AI-generated content may not be unique. Similar inputs may produce similar or identical outputs for different users.

• All videos, scripts, voiceovers, and images are generated by artificial intelligence. They may contain factual inaccuracies or errors.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
• AI avatars in generated videos are entirely synthetic. They are not real people. You must not represent them as real individuals in any context where doing so would be misleading.
• Generated ad scripts are AI interpretations of product information and may not perfectly or accurately represent your product.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will perform well in advertising, meet platform-specific requirements, or comply with all applicable advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.

The Service relies on third-party providers to process your data, including AI model providers (for script generation, video generation, voice synthesis, and lip-sync), payment processors, web scraping services, and cloud infrastructure. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for a full list.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CJ STUDIO LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CJ Studio LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, all your projects, generated videos, assets, and credit history are permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
